The Principal acts as a strategic and dynamic leader to guide a high-performing school to ensure strong academic gains and the character development of every scholar. They serve as the inspiring leaders of the schools in developing and implementing programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each scholar and growing a talented team.

The Dean of Students leads the school-wide effort to create a culture that is aligned with the mission and core values of the school. They are responsible for proactively encouraging and supporting students to engage in positive behavior and engaging families in furthering their child’s education. The Dean of Students partners with the school teams to ensure that all students show achievement gains and develop strong character skills. Additionally, they coach a portfolio of teachers and facilitate high-impact professional development for staff as needed.

The Dean of Instruction focuses on supporting teachers and instructional leaders to deliver the best academic experience for our scholars. They conduct observations and provide feedback, utilize data-driven instruction, curriculum and assessment, and professional development. In conjunction with the Principals, the Dean of Instruction implements a professional development program to guide assigned instructional staff members in becoming master teachers.

School Operations Managers play a critical role in implementing policies that help daily operations in our schools run smoothly, and that any invoices around their respective campuses are managed efficiently. Our School Operations Managers also collaborate with school administration to make sure that financial analyses are completed with great fidelity.

School Admissions Manager leads the effort to ensure the school is fully enrolled with the scholars we strive to serve. This important role is responsible for creating an outstanding experience for current and prospective parents primarily through the Decision and Advocacy stages of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ). The School Admissions Manager is also responsible for the planning and execution of all recruitment & retention events for current and prospect families that bring to life the unique identity of the school in an engaging way.

Our teachers lead the instruction and training of scholars in his or her classroom and/or assigned grade level(s). They work closely with scholars, parents, and school administration to ensure that academic success and character development are achieved by all scholars in the classroom.

Our Teaching Assistants support scholars and educators in several capacities. A Teaching Assistant is responsible for assisting scholars one-on-one and providing assistance with in-class work. Teaching Assistants are also responsible for collaborating with lead teachers in the classroom to set up lessons and activities as well.
